Individuality by Design: How Being a Triplet Shaped My Creative Perspective

Growing up, I was always one of three — the eldest of identical triplet boys: Brad, Brandon, and Brian. From the outside, we were a perfect match. Same face. Same age. Same everything, it seemed.

People rarely took a second look before assuming I was one of my brothers. Teachers, neighbors—even extended family—often mixed us up. We were a set. A trio. Always introduced together.

For a long time, I wasn't just Brian.

I was one of the triplets.

And while I love my brothers deeply, there was a part of me that longed to be recognized for who I was

— the things that made me me. This has shaped me into the man and Interior Designer I am today.

A space can be a voice — a way to feel seen.”

“We may look alike, but we are not the same.”"

Those early experiences still shape how I design today. Every space has a story, and my role is to help it take shape in a way that feels honest, personal, and true to the person living there.

✨ Live Your Style — And Why It Matters

My design philosophy, Live Your Style, isn’t a slogan. It’s the heart of my work — and who I am.

To me, it means:

having an authentic, curated home that reflects you.

Not what trends say should define your space.

Not what others expect of you.

Not a copy-and-paste of someone else’s life.

Being a triplet taught me how important it is to feel:

Heard

Recognized

Special

Seen for who you are — not who someone assumes you are

So when I design a home, I don’t begin with paint colors or furniture.

I begin with you.
